A political party in Ukraine, officially established on 2 June 2019, but de jure in 1998. The party's chairman was Odesa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.

The party emerged in 2015 after the local elections in Ukraine and the formation of factions in the Odesa City Council. The party was formed primarily by former members of the Party of Regions, who were focused on supporting Odesa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.

In May 2019, the mayors of Odesa and Kharkiv, Gennady Kernes and Gennady Trukhanov, announced a party, announcing their unification ahead of the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary elections and the creation of the "Party of Mayors". Many linked the party to Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, a claim he himself did not deny. However, Gennady Kernes, in an interview after the party's announcement, denied these rumors, stating that the party had not been consulted and that the party had no ties to Kolomoisky.

On 7 June 2019, the Opposition Bloc, the Party of Peace and Development, Nashi, Revival, and Trust in Deeds parties merged ahead of the parliamentary elections. In the elections, the Opposition Bloc received 3.3% of the vote and failed to enter the 9th Verkhovna Rada.

In June 2020, Gennady Kernes announced that he was running in the local elections with his political force, Kernes Bloc - Successful Kharkiv. When asked why he did not run with Trust in Deeds or the Opposition Bloc, he denied any connection to those political forces.

In September of that year, the Trust in Deeds party held a congress, where it announced its participation in the local elections in the Odesa region and in the city of Odesa itself, nominating Gennady Trukhanov as its candidate for mayor. According to the election results, Gennady Trukhanov won in the first round of voting with a result of 34.40%, and his closest rival was the former head of the Odessa Regional State Administration, the candidate from the Opposition Platform - For Life party, Mykola Skorik, with a result of 17.93%. In the Odesa City Council, the Trust Deeds party received 23.77%, and in the Regional Council - 10.62%, taking third place.

Chairperson: Hryhorii Kushch (31 October 1998 – by 2008), Mykhailo Prytula (by 2008 – 12 December 2009), Larysa Kozlovska (12 December 2009 – 2014), Oleh Bryndak (2014 – 17 June 2019), Oleksandr Akhmerov (17 June 2019 – 12 February 2020), Oleh Bryndak (12 February 2020 – 1 February 2024), Hennadii Trukhanov (1 February 2024 – 25 October 2025), Oleksandr Akhmerov (25 October 2025 – present)
