Overview

In 2025, the Christian People's Party, along with the Unity and Peace Party and United Peruvians: We Are Free!, went to the National Elections Board to re-register the National Unity electoral alliance and participate in the 2026 general elections.

The alliance was led by presidential candidate General Roberto Chiabra (Unity and Peace), who received only 0.23% of votes.
