A Peruvian political party created on 26 September 2013, by former members of the Cambio 90 party, led by former members of Congress and the Constituent Assembly (1992) Luz Salgado, Andrés Reggiardo, and his son, also a former member of Congress, Renzo Reggiardo. This party emerged from the name change of the Cambio 90 political party, founded by Alberto Fujimori.
Debuting in national politics in the 2014 local and regional elections, Peru+ leader Salvador Heresi was invited to be the party's nominee for Mayor of Lima, finishing in fourth place with 5.9% of the popular vote, losing to Luis Castañeda of the National Solidarity.
In 2016, Renzo Reggiardo ran for president of Peru, but withdrew his candidacy after denouncing that there were candidates "riddled with irregularities."
In 2018, Perú Patria Segura nominated Renzo Reggiardo for mayor of Lima. He led in most polls throughout the campaign, but Reggiardo's absence from the mayoral debate proved decisive in the rise of candidates Jorge Muñoz and Daniel Urresti, ultimately finishing third in the election with 8.87% of the vote.
In the 2020 Peruvian parliamentary elections, they finished 16th under the leadership of Rafael Santos, failing to win any seats in Congress.
For the 2021 general elections, the party nominated former Mayor of Pueblo Libre, Rafael Santos for the Presidency with Victoria Paredes and Andres Reggiardo For the First and Second Vice Presidency.
With the party's name change, in addition to distancing itself from Keiko Fujimori, it seeks to highlight the meaning of the word "security" in aspects such as economic, legal, civic, and investment security.
President: Andrés Reggiardo
